Titan's financial operations, the Accounts Receivable Clerk maintains accurate records and ensures timely invoicing and payment processing. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will track accounts receivable, manage overdue payments, and enhance operational efficiency. Your contributions are essential to fostering Titan’s core values of trust, quality, value, and respect. Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and process customer invoices and billing documents
- Monitor accounts for overdue balances and follow up accordingly




- Set up and manage new customer accounts with credit terms
- Reconcile accounts and prepare month-end financial reports
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years’ experience in finance or accounting roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
