What This Looks

Like at RONA In a store like RONA, a Customer Service Ambassador would:



Welcome customers entering the Front End, or Sales Floor. Help customers find building materials, tools, hardware, or home improvement solutions. Support contractors and DIY customers with product knowledge.

Create a customer-first culture while supporting sales and operational objectives. A Customer Service Ambassador is someone who turns ordinary customer interactions into positive experiences that build loyalty, trust, and repeat business. Effective selling skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service are essential Good communication and interpersonal skills are needed to assess customer requirements and make recommendations Some experience in a customer-focused role is required RONA is committed to encouraging diversity and inclusion.
