Become part of Hope Church Parry Sound as a spiritually mature Associate Pastor focused on adult ministry. Help guide adults in faith, community connections, and church engagement. Hope Church is looking for a full-time leader to support adult ministry initiatives.

This role emphasizes discipleship, facilitation of Life Groups, and pastoral care, all in collaboration with the Lead Pastor. You will also actively engage in teaching and fostering leadership development within the church community. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead adult discipleship programs and initiatives
- Facilitate Life Groups to encourage biblical community
- Provide pastoral care and support to church members
- Teach and share biblical principles in various settings
- Develop leadership skills among church members Requirements:
- Strong relational and cooperative leadership skills
- Spiritual maturity in faith and practice
- Experience in adult ministry and discipleship roles
- Ability to work closely with church leadership
