Roastery Modus is a owner-operator micro roaster specializing in modern coffee roasting and sourcing. Coffee is at the centre of what we do, and our in-house bakery is an extension of that same approach—thoughtful, seasonal, and honest. The Role

We're looking for a full-time baker to join our team.

You'll be working together to produce our daily bake lineup, prep for service, and collaborate on recent menu items. This is a role for someone who enjoys baking, technical and creative aspects, and wants to be part of a small team that cares about quality.

What You'll Be Doing

- production baking and prepping our lunch lineup of focaccia sandwiches
- Following recipes accurately and consistently
- Collaborating in recipe development and seasonal features

- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Helping with ingredient prep and day-to-day production
- Inventory management

- Has baking experience or transferable food preparation experience (preferred, but not required).

Previous baking experience is preferred Weekday and weekend availability is required.

Flexible schedule around 3-5 days/week.

Experience:
