You will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day upkeep, maintenance, and smooth operation of the facility. As a Maintenance Technician, You Will Perform regular maintenance on the facility including changing light bulbs, carpentry, painting, minor drywall repair, minor plumbing, and tile repair Repairing Interior walls, installing drywall for repair or replacement Inspect the facility and other structures to detect malfunctions, furniture maintenance and conduct repairs accordingly Possess excellent communication skills in English both oral and written ~ Comfortable with heavy lifting and extensive walking around the facility ~ Must be aware and or trained on the protected use of equipment, site safety practices, fire prevention and work regulations ~ Three-year sobriety, from alcohol, drugs (legal & Illegal), and any mind-altering substance required ~ Criminal Record Check ~Proof of immunization and TB test ~ Naloxone and First Aid training As the world’s largest food and support services company,
