Job Overview

We are looking for highly motivated an dependable Full Time Crew Members to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a rapid-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and taking pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming workplace.

Responsibilities

- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service at all times.
- Operate a Gateway POS or Micros POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in in all areas of the workplace ( front and back)
- Follow health, safety, and food-handling and sanitation guidelines consistently.
- Prepare and serv food and beverages according to company standards.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to meet service goals, Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Assist with re-stocking and ensuring inventory is well-managed.
- Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and register operations.

Qualifications

- Previous customer service or QSR/food service experience is an asset ( but not required-training will be provide)




- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, weekends, days
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for cashiering duties and retail math applications.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Reliable, punctual, and motived with a strong work ethic.
