Perform a massage treatment plan based on the guest’s medical assessment,needs,and concerns. Provide productive service and create memorable experiences by exceeding guest expectations. Administer the appropriate pressure and massage techniques for the respective condition.
Maintain, clean, and organize all spa areas according to Mokara Brand Standards, including but not limited to reception, hospitality station, lounge, changerooms, and treatment rooms. Must be registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario Practice various massage therapy modalities, including but not limited to Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal Massage, and Hot Stone Massage Must speak English fluently
