The Pad

Coordinator I, reporting to the Deicing Operations Manager, plays a vital role in deicing operations and traffic management. Utilizing strong organizational skills, you will oversee deicing crews and ensure compliance with safety protocols while actively promoting a culture of safety. Your effectiveness in communication and multitasking will be essential for this full-time role at YHZ Airport. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily CDF/DDF operations and deicing activities
- Ensure secure zone compliance for deicing operators and equipment




- Communicate effectively via two-way radio with all stakeholders
- Assist management with safety and operational performance
- Maintain accurate reports and deicing fluid inventory

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum experience in aircraft operations
- Flexibility in work schedule
- Robust computer skills, including Microsoft and Ice Link
- Valid driver’s license and RAIC
