Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Physiotherapist joining our team in Burlington, ON. Working alongside a highly credentialed interdisciplinary team; including FCAMPTs, fully credentialed McKenzie therapists, pelvic health and vestibular specialists, RMTs, and dedicated administrative support, you will deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care. You will have generous treatment time in private rooms and a modern gym space, with dedicated 1-hour assessments and 30-minute follow-ups.

Daily responsibilities include performing assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, tracking patient progress using modern clinical tools, and engaging in ongoing professional development through clinical mentorship, team rounds,



and continuous learning.

Qualifications

- Current registration and good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (or eligibility for registration).
- Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice, clinical reasoning, and individualized care.
- High energy, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with patients.
- A self-directed, independent thinker who thrives as an approachable, collaborative team player.
- A mindset focused on continuous self-improvement and clinical excellence.
- Training or experience in specialized areas such as pelvic health or vestibular rehabilitation is a robust asset (though not strictly required).
- Ability to manage a clinical caseload, keep accurate documentation, and uphold exceptional standards of care.
