Centre is seeking two permanent RPNs to support clients in Fort Erie, Port Colborne, and Wainfleet. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Practical Nursing, current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario, and three years of experience in a community setting. Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records and client-centered care are key attributes for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Work within the full scope of RPN practice
- Triage client calls and arrange necessary appointments




- Coordinate current client intakes and document results
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and data collection
- Administer immunizations and perform wound care Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Minimum three years' community nursing experience
- Proficiency in electronic health records
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
