Inc. is looking for Forklift drivers to move materials or products for recycling. The deserving candidate will be loading/unloading trailers using a forklift. They are handling and processing the materials appropriately.

They remove finished bales from the baling machine and feed bales into the line for processing, loading, and unloading trailers. Full time, Permanent Report to work on time and adhere to assigned shift schedules. Complete forklift safety checklists at the start and end of each shift.

Operate forklifts to load and unload trailers and move materials safely. Report any equipment malfunctions, damage, or safety concerns immediately to the Lead Hand.



Ensure materials and plastics are placed and dumped in designated areas.

Organize and clean the warehouse, docks, and bale machine areas. Inspect bales before cutting wires and ensure bales are clean and free of contamination. Wear required PPE, including face shield when cutting bale wires.

Assist other departments (HRB, shipping/receiving) during downtime. Valid forklift certification (required). Previous warehouse or yard experience preferred.
