Responsibilities

- Provide attentive supervision and care tailored to each child's needs within their home environment
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring dietary requirements and preferences are met
- Engage children in educational activities, play, and teaching moments that promote development and curiosity
- Maintain a clean and organized space by performing regular cleaning tasks related to childcare areas
- Assist with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, homework support, and bedtime routines




- Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing personalized caregiving strategies
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about the child's progress, activities, and any concerns

Skills

- Proven experience working with children in a caregiving or teaching capacity
- Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks suitable for children’s dietary needs
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued
- Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and positive reinforcement techniques
- Knowledge of cleaning routines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Ability to plan engaging educational activities that foster learning and development
- Basic cooking skills to prepare meals efficiently and safely
