Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to support our team in maintaining and enhancing our agricultural and landscaping operations. This role involves hands-on work across various tasks including equipment operation, maintenance, and site preparation. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic environment.

Duties

- Operate farm machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently for planting, harvesting, and maintenance tasks
- Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and upkeep to ensure optimal water distribution
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning and safety standards
- Perform heavy lifting of materials, plants, or equipment as required for project completion
- Support horticultural activities such as planting, pruning, mulching, and landscape enhancement
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Assist with site preparation for new projects or seasonal changes in operations
- Use basic math skills for measurements, calculations,



and record keeping related to daily tasks

Qualifications

- Prior experience with irrigation systems, horticulture practices, or farm machinery is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with maintenance of equipment is a plus
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in outdoor conditions for extended periods
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to job tasks
- Robust work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various operational needs

Pay: $18.25 per hour
