Property Maintenance Technician / General Labourer

We provide residential and commercial property maintenance, repairs, renovations, cleanouts, landscaping, and general contracting services throughout Southwestern Ontario. This role offers steady, varied work and the opportunity to develop practical skills across several trades and property services.

Location and Travel

Our projects are located throughout Southwestern Ontario, including London, St. Thomas, Aylmer, Ingersoll, Woodstock, Chatham, Sarnia, Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph, Stratford, Grand Bend, Clinton, Port Stanley, Tillsonburg, Strathroy, Exeter, Goderich, Lucan, Komoka, Dorchester, Mount Brydges, and surrounding communities.

A valid G driver’s licence, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to travel to different job sites are required. A gas allowance is provided for work-related travel.

What You’ll Do

- Complete general property maintenance and repairs
- Assist with renovations, construction projects, demolition, and site preparation
- Perform interior and exterior painting
- Complete residential and commercial cleanouts




- Assist with landscaping and lawn maintenance
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist skilled tradespeople on various projects
- Respond to maintenance service calls and complete assigned work orders
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Document completed work, including photos and work order notes when required
- Communicate professionally with tenants, property owners, clients, and team members

What We’re Looking For

- A valid G driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario as needed
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving materials
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and practical problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- A professional, respectful approach when working in occupied homes and commercial spaces
- Commitment to safe work practices

Experience Considered an Asset Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, painting, landscaping, carpentry, drywall repair, flooring installation, renovations, demolition, or general handyman work is an asset.
