Rexel Canada is seeking a General Manager for the Westburne Midwest division to lead all aspects of the unit, drive sales growth, manage P&L;, and recruit and develop talent across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. The role requires a strategic mindset, robust business acumen, and a hands-on leadership style.

The successful candidate will build relationships with vendors and customers, collaborate with internal Rexel teams, and steer digital and e-commerce initiatives to expand market share.
