People Can Fly is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join our Montreal team. You’ll manage semi-monthly US and Canadian payroll, ensure compliance with provincial, state, and federal regulations, and handle year-end tax forms across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires bilingual communication and collaboration with HR and Finance. You will partner with external providers, maintain HRMS records, process retroactive pay and terminations, and administer group advantages and retirement
