As the Global Solution Lead, you'll be essential in refining our OneStream solution, ensuring compliance with reporting standards and enhancing internal processes.

You will act as a liaison for multiple stakeholders, managing governance and data integrity while promoting continuous improvement and simplification. Your expertise will support the Business Control Team by leading change initiatives and overseeing documentation and training processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Own the OneStream xP&A; solution at Autoliv
- Bridge communication across stakeholders and functions




- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and data governance
- Maintain training materials and documentation for users
- Drive continuous improvements in planning processes Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Financial Controller experience, ideally in manufacturing
- Knowledge of enterprise planning processes
- Proficiency in EPM tools like OneStream and SAP
