About the Company

Our client is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join their growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who can bring complex investment concepts to life through compelling visual content across digital, social, web, presentations, and video.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day creative production across marketing channels while maintaining brand consistency.
- Design creative for paid social, digital advertising, email campaigns, and other digital initiatives.
- Create social graphics, campaign assets, launch materials, infographics, charts, and investor-facing content.
- Develop high-quality sales presentations, product decks, corporate presentations, and advisor-facing materials.
- Create website graphics, imagery, icons, and other digital assets.
- Design brochures, fact-sheet assets, event materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Edit short-form video, webinars, interviews, and social content, including basic motion graphics.
- Work with Marketing Communications to turn complex investment concepts and data into clear visual stories.
- Support digital campaigns by developing creative variations for testing and different audiences.
- Manage creative files, templates,



and brand assets while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in financial services, an agency, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

Required Skills

- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, branding, presentations, and multimedia/video.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong PowerPoint design skills.
- Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable software.
- Strong understanding of design requirements across web, social media, email, and digital advertising.
- Excellent typography, layout, information design, and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to turn complex information, investment data, and charts into explicit and engaging visual content.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Collaborative, self-directed, and comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial marketing team.
