Uncapped is seeking a GTM Engineer to own outbound end-to-end—from sending infrastructure to data-driven targeting—across multi-channel campaigns. You will collaborate with SDRs, AEs, RevOps and Partnerships to build a cohesive outbound engine using Clay, sequencing, enrichment APIs, and CRM data.

You’ll work with SQL and light scripting to design scoring models, align with cross-functional teams, and scale high-intent outreach across the US, Canada and Europe.
