SCAGO in the GTA invites applications for GTA Chapter Lead / Project & Patient Wellbeing Coordinator. The role combines patient advocacy, psychosocial support, community engagement, and program coordination to advance SCD care in the region.

You will work in a hybrid setting, 3–4 days in the SCAGO office and travel to hospitals and community sites, supporting youth programs and collaborating with healthcare partners.
