Lexus Downtown, part of Downtown AutoGroup, seeks an Assistant Service Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced automotive service environment in downtown Toronto. You will greet customers, capture their needs, and collaborate with technicians to ensure quality repairs and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a service advisor role, solid knowledge of maintenance services, and solid communication and sales skills.
