Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests efficiently
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages if applicable
- Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Maintain front desk operations by processing reservations, cancellations, and billing transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards




- Support guest services by offering assistance with luggage, directions, or special requests to enhance their stay

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles, preferably at a front desk or hotel workplace
- Multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services is highly desirable
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry is a plus
