Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and managing merchandise purchases. You will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and remain knowledgeable about promotions and gaming activities. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist guests warmly and professionally

- Sign-up new customers and handle player card creation
- Assist with merchandise sales and inventory restocking

- Bilingual in French and English, 18 years or older
