Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gutter Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining gutters on residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise will help ensure proper water drainage, protect structures from water damage, and contribute to the overall quality of our projects.

Responsibilities

- Measure and mark locations for gutter installation based on blueprints, schematics, or project specifications
- Use hand tools such as drills, saws, levels, and hammers to accurately install gutters and related components
- Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to ensure precise installation
- Cut and shape materials like aluminum, vinyl, or copper gutters to fit designated spaces
- Secure gutters with appropriate fasteners, brackets, and sealants such as caulking to prevent leaks
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, or replacements of existing gutter systems as needed

Experience





- Proven experience in construction or carpentry work with a focus on exterior building systems
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for accurate installation
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools common in construction projects
- Knowledge of drywall installation, caulking techniques, and general restoration work is a plus
- Experience with plumbing or welding can be beneficial but is not mandatory
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
- Prior experience in flooring installation or tile laying is advantageous but not required
