Duties

Perform a variety of hair services including cuts, color treatments, styling, blowouts, and special occasion looks with precision and flair

Engage with clients to understand their preferences, offer professional recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction

Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools to ensure client safety and hygiene

Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and hair care treatments to enhance client results and boost sales





Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients warmly, and handling payments efficiently

Communicate clearly with clients about hair care routines, product usage, and aftercare instructions for optimal results

Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and salon offerings to continually elevate your craft

Requirements

Proven experience in professional hair styling

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients of all backgrounds

Strong communication skills to effectively discuss styles, treatments, and product recommendations

Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon workplace

Ability to upsell retail products naturally while focusing on client needs

Previous experience working at a front desk or handling retail sales is a plus

Valid cosmetology or hairstyling license as required by local regulations
