Duties

- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering expert recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by adhering to sanitation standards and proper tool sterilization procedures.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques,



and products through continuous learning and training.
- Build solid relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and foster a welcoming salon atmosphere.

Skills

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in various hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
- Strong communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration.
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a genuine interest in client needs.
- Experience managing front desk operations such as appointment scheduling and payment processing.
- Retail sales experience is a plus, demonstrating an ability to promote products naturally within the service experience.
