Tacofino is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Operator's right hand in British Columbia. This role is ~80% BOH leadership and 20% FOH support, stepping in when the Operator is away to keep service aligned and guest experience on track.

The ideal candidate leads with strong systems, coaching, cost control, and people development while delivering great food and maintaining a protected, collaborative kitchen culture.
