As a Strategic Pursuit Manager , you will lead the positioning, capture planning, and proposal development of high-value strategic opportunities that drive sustainable growth across our markets.

This role offers the opportunity to influence major pursuits, collaborate with senior leaders across the business, and develop winning strategies that make a lasting impact on clients, communities, and the built environment. Conduct market research and analyze competitive intelligence to identify differentiators and strengthen win strategies. Collaborate with business, market, and regional leadership teams to drive pursuit excellence and pipeline growth.

Lead proposal development activities, ensuring strategic messaging, compliance, quality, and timely submission. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across technical teams, business development professionals, and external partners. Maintain opportunity records and reporting within Oracle and other business systems to support forecasting and decision-making.

Champion continuous improvement by leveraging lessons learned, market insights, and innovative approaches to increase win rates. Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or another relevant discipline. ~Demonstrated experience leading capture planning and developing winning pursuit strategies. ~ Strong understanding of procurement processes,



including commercial and financial aspects of Alternative Delivery Projects. ~ Experience using proposal management systems, CRM platforms, Oracle, and other pursuit-related technologies. ~ Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with the ability to identify gaps, solve problems, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
