Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks Coordinate safety training programs for employees, including training development

Investigate accidents or incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions Maintain safety records and documentation in accordance with company policies Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and promote a culture of safety within the organization

Requirements:





Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred Proven experience working as a Safety Coordinator or similar role Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to fabricate solutions to address safety issues effectively Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to speak English & French Schedule:
