You will report to the Shop Manager and be responsible for performing mechanical repairs on various vehicles and equipment. The role requires a commitment to high-quality service and attention to detail in all repairs and maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical repairs on trucks and trailers
- Diagnose faults and malfunctions accurately
- Provide high standard customer service in repairs
- Conduct preventative maintenance on all equipment
- Write service inspection reports and work orders Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience with heavy trucks and equipment
- Valid Class 5 License; Class 1 License an asset
- Red Seal commercial transport mechanic preferred
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
