This role requires strong planning skills, knowledge of mechanical systems, and the ability to optimize productivity while maintaining safety. You’ll ensure effective coordination between operations and maintenance, oversee work schedules, and build relationships with contractors and vendors. Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and coordinate maintenance work efficiently
- Develop current maintenance technicians and manage contractors
- Maximize productivity by planning resources effectively
- Minimize equipment downtime by coordinating work with production
- Process work orders for planning and scheduling Requirements:
- Bilingual in French and English
