We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and help deliver high standards of guest service, team performance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day hotel operations across guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other operational areas.
- Lead, supervise, and support hotel staff to maintain service and operational standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond professionally to feedback or service issues.
- Manage operational budgets, expenses, and performance targets.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, training, and team development.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and hospitality standards.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other business partners when required.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and guest experience.
- Prepare operational reports and communicate performance updates to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration,



or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in hotel or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good understanding of hotel operations and guest-service standards.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a quick-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and operational software is an advantage.
- Strong professional English communication skills.
