Pass It On Boys is designed for boys, including cisgender boys and trans males, who are exploring what it means to be male in today’s world. The program supports participants in navigating expectations of masculinity and developing a healthy, positive sense of masculine identity.

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Co-Facilitator works alongside one other facilitator to deliver engaging after-school programming for youth, facilitate curriculum, lead activities, and maintain a safe, welcoming workplace aligned with The Circle Education's mission.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate developmentally appropriate group activities for diverse learners with a co-facilitator.
- Deliver curriculum and lead group programming.
- Foster a protected, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Support participants' social and emotional development; adapt to varying needs.




- Assist with setup, cleanup, material preparation, and basic documentation.
- Build respectful relationships with youth, families, school staff, and community partners.
- Follow safety standards, legislation, and organizational policies.

Qualifications

- Education/experience in education, child and youth care, social services, or a related field (or equivalent).
- Experience facilitating youth programs and delivering curriculum.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively in a co-facilitation model.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed, inclusive practices is an asset.
- First Aid/CPR-C is an asset.

Position Conditions

- Part-time, 6 hours per week (after-school).
- Location: Panorama Recreation Centre.
- $27.00/hour.
