Alberta Health Services in Rocky Mountain House is seeking a Registered Nurse - Case Manager for Home Care. The RN will direct care, assess needs, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure timely and appropriate services in clients’ homes.

Provisional permits start at $40.76–$55.79/hr; full permit moves to standard RN rate per UNA agreements. Responsibilities include intake, case management, and potential direct care; and coverage for on-call shifts as workload dictates.
