Job Summary

Stylebite Staging is looking for an experienced Home Stager with at least 2–3 years of professional staging experience. We need someone who can confidently communicate with clients, lead installations, follow our company standards, and help manage our inventory.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, adaptable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct property walkthroughs with real estate agents and homeowners to assess staging requirements.
- Select appropriate furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting, and accessories based on the property and target buyer.
- Safely pack décor, artwork, and soft goods into bins for scheduled installations.
- Lead the moving team during installations and direct furniture placement.
- Apply design theory, scale, and color psychology to maximize perceived visual square footage, improve room flow, and emphasize natural lighting.
- Complete the final styling, including artwork, bedding, textiles, and accessories.




- Communicate professionally with clients and address questions or concerns.
- Inspect returned furniture and accessories for damage, cleanliness, or required repairs.
- Help keep warehouse inventory clean, organized, and ready for upcoming projects.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional home-staging experience.
- Strong understanding of furniture placement, scale, colour, and room flow.
- Ability to lead an installation team and keep projects on schedule.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to follow StyleBite’s systems and design standards.
- Flexible, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for travel throughout the GTA.
- Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and remain active for extended periods.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
