Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead and oversee the cleanliness and maintenance operations within our hospitality workplace. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate cleaning teams, ensure high standards of hygiene, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold safety protocols, and foster a positive team environment that emphasizes exceptional service and attention to detail.

Duties

- Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff.
- Ensure guest rooms and common areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Manage room status and housekeeping operations.
- Manage inventory and order housekeeping supplies.
- Maintain invoices and payments related to housekeeping supplies.
- Monitor staff performance and maintain efficiency.
- Conduct room inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
- Work closely with Front Office and Maintenance.
- Work as a housekeeper when needed and lead by example.





Requirements:

- Previous hotel housekeeping management experience.
- OPERA PMS experience required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and invoices.
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to be hands-on and assist with housekeeping duties when needed.
- Ability to safely push, pull, lift, and move housekeeping equipment and supplies as required.
