The Outreach Worker at CMHA Algoma provides support to individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk, using a recovery-oriented approach to help access housing and build life skills. The role involves street outreach, system navigation, and crisis support within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include developing individualized housing plans, advocating for tenants, and connecting clients with local resources. Evening or weekend shifts may be required to meet client needs.
