McGill University in Canada seeks an HR Advisor to deliver full HR services to Enrollment Services within the Office of the Provost. You will act as a trusted adviser to managers and staff, guiding on policies, labour relations, recruitment, planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Collaborating across faculties, you will support training, performance management, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with legislation and collective agreements.
