Ledcor is seeking an HS&E; Advisor to execute and enhance health and safety programs for telecommunications projects across Alberta. You will develop Job Hazard Analyses and Protected Work Practices, support operations personnel, and drive continuous HS&E; improvements by leveraging field relationships and leadership.

The role requires 3+ years in construction/telecom safety, a safety diploma or CRSP/CSO/NCSO asset, and strong communication with both hourly workers and project management.
