Reporting to the Director of HR - Quebec, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership teams in Ville Saint-Laurent, Boucherville, Quebec City, and Mont-Laurier.

This role focuses on aligning HR priorities with business objectives while fostering a culture that promotes performance and collaboration across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Guide managers and employees on HR policies and practices
- Act as a strategic partner to site leadership teams
