Duties

- Lead guided hunting excursions, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all participants
- Share expert knowledge about wildlife behavior, habitat, and conservation efforts through engaging storytelling and public speaking
- camp chores, firewood,water and cleaning
- Educate guests on ethical hunting practices, local regulations, and environmental stewardship
- Foster a welcoming environment by providing excellent customer service and addressing guest questions or concerns promptly
- Coordinate with team members to maintain equipment, supplies,



and safety gear in top condition
- Demonstrate leadership by guiding less experienced hunters and teaching proper techniques for tracking and harvesting game

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outdoor guiding, hunting, or related outdoor recreation roles
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Effective time management to coordinate multiple excursions seamlessly
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to teach and mentor others
- Exceptional communication skills for clear instructions and safety briefings
- Passion for teaching others about wildlife conservation and outdoor ethics
