Zymeworks Inc. in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding and HR operations in a hybrid environment. You will manage job postings, coordinate interviews, maintain HRIS records and help drive HR programs and reporting.

The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, and solid Excel/HRIS skills. Excellent communication and data-driven mindset are essential for success in this role at
