CGIC, a leading Canadian financial services co-operative, is seeking an Underwriting Coordinator to support the Underwriting department, a team of over 90 professionals. This role manages workforce coordination, scheduling, and reporting, while ensuring confidentiality and smooth operations.

Based in Calgary with a hybrid work model (2 days in office), you will monitor staffing, maintain systems, generate reports, and collaborate with leaders and IT to optimize service delivery.
