7-9 years of experience as a IAM Engineer

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

Experience leading or supporting Entra hardening initiatives

Expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Experience implementing and managing Conditional Access Policies

Hands-on experience with Privileged Identity Management (PIM)

Experience with access hardening, access reviews, and identity governance

Experience supporting Entra backup and recovery strategies

Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, MFA, and identity security best practices

Ability to identify and remediate identity-related security risks

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Microsoft Entra/Azure certifications

Experience with audit, compliance, or regulatory requirements

Seeking an IAM Engineer to support Microsoft Entra ID security initiatives, including Entra hardening, identity governance, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), access hardening, and backup/recovery efforts. This role is an existing vacancy opening.

Support Entra hardening and identity security initiatives





Configure and manage Conditional Access Policies and PIM

Perform access reviews and additional access hardening activities

Support Entra backup and recovery planning and testing

Partner with security and infrastructure teams to strengthen IAM controls

Identify, troubleshoot, and remediate identity security gaps and risks

Artificial Intelligence tools are used to assist in screening and assessing applicants for this position.

Compensation

$55/hr to $62/hr CAD.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
