This full time role focuses on creating visually compelling products while ensuring usability and manufacturability. In this role based in Richmond, BC, you'll collaborate closely with Development Leads to refine designs through innovative aesthetic solutions and practical engineering judgment.

You will contribute to projects through CAD modeling, creating visually engaging forms, and ensuring concepts are manufacturable within engineering constraints. Key Responsibilities:

- Support development stages with design refinement and CAD tasks
- Create appealing aesthetic designs for new and updated products
- Collaborate with engineers to improve user-facing product details




- Contribute to simplifying part architecture through innovative designs
- Assist in prototype evaluation and design iteration processes Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in design or development engineering
- Bachelor’s in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and rendering tools for CAD work
- Familiarity with AutoCAD for structural design coordination
