McGregor Child Care Society seeks an ECE Supervisor for the Infant & Toddler program, overseeing 6–37-month-olds in a full-time, in office role. The position oversees staff, licensing, enrollment, and daily operations with a focus on creating a safe, engaging environment.
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, monitor budgets, ensure quality programming, and foster a positive team culture within a licensed centre.
