Talent & Digital Media Intern | 6-Week Internship → Full-Time Pathway

We’re looking for our next team member at Upside Down Talent.

This is a 6-week paid internship designed as a pathway to a potential full-time position on our team.

You’ll work directly alongside our Talent team and creators, getting hands-on experience across talent management, creator partnerships, digital campaigns and the day-to-day operations of a rapid-growing talent agency.

This isn’t an internship where you’ll sit on the sidelines. You’ll be part of the team from day one, supporting real creators, campaigns and partnerships.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Support our Talent team with creator calendars, partnerships, deliverables and day-to-day needs
- Track and organize brand campaigns, opportunities and inbound inquiries
- Maintain campaign trackers, CRM systems and internal databases
- Help prepare reports, decks and performance summaries for our creators
- Coordinate with brands, creators and internal teams to keep campaigns moving
- Support creator onboarding, social media audits and platform growth tracking
- Research brands, creators, trends and opportunities across the digital landscape
- Learn the business of talent management and creator partnerships from the inside out

- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail• A clear and confident communicator
- Proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking initiative
- Someone who moves quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, coachable and hungry to learn• Familiar with the major social platforms and what’s happening across them
- Interested in building a career in talent management, digital media or the creator economyPrevious agency, creator, social media or digital marketing experience is an asset, but we care just as much about how you think, how you work and how quickly you learn.

THE PATHWAY

We want this internship to lead somewhere .Over six weeks, you’ll learn our business, work alongside our team and have the opportunity to show us what you can bring to Upside Down.

For the right candidate, the intended pathway is a full-time position with our team following the successful completion of the internship.
