Support the Product Owner in organizing, prioritizing, and maintaining the team's backlog Track projects from intake through remediation and deployment readiness Follow up with project teams to obtain missing information and keep work on schedule Update threat registers, security requirements, and mitigation trackers Support backlog refinement, planning, and other Agile ceremonies Identify changes to project scope, timelines, or requirements and assess their impact on threat-modeling activities and deployment readiness Identify dependencies, competing priorities, and delivery risks Maintain team procedures, templates, checklists, and knowledge-base content Support the Product Owner, Manager, and Security Advisors with day-to-day coordination and analysis Currently pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field Experience through coursework, projects, or prior work terms in business analysis, project coordination, IT,



or cybersecurity is an asset Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools Exposure to backlog or project-tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps is an asset Familiarity with Agile methodology is an asset Interest in cybersecurity, threat modeling, or risk management Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data-analysis/visualization tools is an asset Available 35 hours a week from January 4 to April 23, 2027 Must be an active student during the internship and/or returning to school the following semester Demonstrates robust organizational skills and attention to detail while supporting project coordination and backlog management.
