Ministry of Technology & Innovation seeks a Senior PM to lead 4 high-priority digital transformation projects:

? ADX Studio → Power Pages/Dataverse migration (security modernization)

? GRIK Initiative – natural gas royalty-in-kind systems (MRIS, Petrinex, CARS)

? BRIK Regulatory Backstop – legacy royalty system modernization

? EHRP Modernization – hydrocarbon recovery program streams

Must Have:

- 4+ yrs PM experience with ADX Studio & CRM Dynamics → Power Apps/Dataverse migrations
- 8+ yrs defining project scope with business stakeholders
- 8+ yrs developing project charters & business cases
- 8+ yrs managing multiple projects concurrently
- 8+ yrs as PM on large complex custom software projects
- Education per PM1 requirement (degree/diploma/certificate + experience)

Nice to Have:

- Risk/impact assessments (3 yrs)
- Budget forecasting & management (3 yrs)
- Stakeholder facilitation (3 yrs)
- Public sector experience (3 yrs)
- Mandated/legislated projects (3 yrs)
