You'd be joining our Infrastructure team within the Platform Engineering division. We're building an AI-native platform for our internal developers, over 150 of them, guided by a single question: does this shorten the time from idea to value, for the teams building on our platform and for the customers they ultimately serve? We build the route that maximizes AI acceleration.

Design, build, and evolve our cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) as code, using Terraform to keep every environment reproducible and legible to both engineers and agents Build CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) with guardrails that make agentic releases safe by default Maintain and evolve Helm charts and deployment workflows as reusable Strengthen observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting,



feeding signal back into AI-assisted remediation and define explicit alert ownership Harden infrastructure security, image scanning, policy-as-code, network segmentation, and firewall configuration Partner closely with product engineering teams to support their infrastructure needs Participate in the on-call rotation 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or software engineering ~ AI-forward: you hold everything you build to an AI-native standard ~ Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred;
